SunLabs Self Tanner "Medium" & "Dark"

The picture above is exactly what I got in my package.

The plastic beach bag is soooo great! its very strong and very good size, I can fit almost anything in it :D

Its great for overnight trips, or lugging around my laptop :D

The Products

Exfoiliator

Self Tanner

Tan Maintainer

The Exfoiliator is great, very refreshing and has a great smell :D. It smoothed out the surface of my skin without ripping it off and feeling really sharp and gritty, like some exfoiliants. Adding the loofa to the exfoiliant is great if u have extra try skin that needs to be removed.

The self tanner has a great cherry almond smell, with a silky feel. It gives u a great amount of time to rub it all in without worrying about patches and uneven tones. I did not use gloves with this product and I did get a tint of color when I was done with my whole body.

Medium self tanner:

This was a great tone booster for myself, I am already medium skin toned. It keeps me from getting pale and keeping me from losing my glow. I love this product to give me a healthy glow without going tooooo dark.

Dark self tanner:

This is great to get straight to the point, deep color. This helps you get an instant tan without having to apply and apply and apply. Great for a night out, or a date.

Tan Maintainer:

This also has the cherry almond smell, which I love!!! The moisturizing value of this product is amazing! I use this probably twice a day, once in the morning, once at night.

My Routine

Night Step 1: Shower with exfoliant(nothing better then being dry skin free :D)

Night Step 2: apply self tanner(all over body or on certain areas of your choice)

Night Step 3: sleep(this does not stain sheets or clothes if you wait about 15 mins for it to dry, if you want to take caution sleep on a towel or deep dark sheets)

*if you do this as a morning routine, wait 3 hours to apply tan maintainer

Morning Step 4: apply tan maintainer when you wake up :D

Night Step 5: apply tan maintainer at night

Morning Step 6:apply tan maintainer in the morning

Night Step 7: shower, exfoliate at night, apply self tanner

Morning Step 8: wake up apply tan maintainer

Repeat steps

*to maintain i will usually use medium, but if i need an extra boost i will use dark

NYC Lipstick in "BlueRose"

Oh, this lipstick, how I love it! It gives just the right amount of a color pop without looking too dramatic. I have never been so complimented on a lipstick in my life. Some people feel scared and intimidated by such a color but I find it fabulous! I often am more fond of this one over any other vintage red you might find in your drug store. This lipsticks usually run from 99cents to about $2.00 depending on where you live. It's been most often compared to "Girl About Town" by Mac, which I think is a fair comparison. It's also alot more moisturizing then I pictured for a "cheap" lipstick, which most lack in ingredients. For the price and color payoff I say this is solid gold! Great job NYC, you definately have my vote!

Tip: If you think red is not for you, try a delicious hot pink, adds more realistic warmth to your face.
